Delta Flume – Tsunami simulation

Dutch engineers have built a structure that is capable of simulating tsunamis bigger than ever before (7m).

The channel that holds up to 9 million litres (about 2400000 US gallons) of water and a 10 meter wave generator is powered 1,9 MW system. But see the video for yourself.
